The aim of this event is to launch the 4Life club in the Twydall
area. The 4Life club is run by Medway Public Health Team and aims to
help people make positive improvements to their lifestyle. The 4Life
club is open to families and individuals of all ages.
The event includes a mixture of information stands and practical,
live demonstrations of cookery and belly dancing as well as the
opportunity to take part in art, craft and pottery.
The timetable for the day will be:
11.00 - 12.00 Belly Dancing with Ann Hall
12.00 - 13.00 Cooking on a budget for you and your family with
Chris Taylor
13.00 - 14.00 Belly Dancing with Ann Hall
13.30 - 14.30 Cooking on a budget for you and your family with
Chris Taylor
Arts and craft activities and pottery displays will be running
throughout the day.
