Pottery for Parents and Children

Pottery for parent and child is a fun and interesting class that offers a unique opportunity for parents and children to interact in a creative environment. The class is for all levels of ability, covering a wide level of skills including basic hand-building techniques, introduction to the potters wheel and much much more! You and your child will be able to design your own, funky pottery to keep and look back on in years to come!

Pottery for Parents and Children will be on after school—in the twilight hours, usually 4pm—5.30pm. Children can be ages 4—11, but obviously must be accompanied by an adult! The pottery classes will be in the All Saints area.

Nutrition Nuggets

Knowing the right food to eat for you and your family can be tricky, especially with the media offering us ‘fad-diets’ and food packaging being misleading. Nutrition Nuggets is a course designed to look at all aspects of health, nutrition and food that you might have. Covering ideas such as:
  • balancing a diet,
  • healthy food, nutrients and food labelling,
  • enjoying a healthy lifestyle,

and much more information for all the family. No cooking will be involved, simply advice, guidance and group work.

Nutrition Nuggets will be running in the All Saints area and is specifically for adults only. The sessions will last 2 hours and will be running in the evenings.
