Our Get Set 4Life event at All Saints Community Centre is all about finding out what the 4Life club can offer you. Health advisors will be on hand to answer any of your questions and to show you the activities and classes available to members of 4Life.

Come and meet the team who will help you to draw up your goals and offer you the support and advice you need to reach them.. Individual consultations are available at the launch to discuss any goals or targets that you already have.

Find out about the healthy eating and leisure activities available, many of them are free or at a reduced price.
