Preview Event

On Saturday 20th January we held our 4Life preview event in the Pentagon Shopping Centre in Chatham. Loads of you visited our stand to find out more about 4Life and how to get involved.

The 4Life team was on hand to answer your questions and give you advice. We packed our stand with useful facts and figures, and information on all the benefits you can enjoy as a member of 4Life. It gave us a chance to find out what activities and health advice you would like to see 4Life offer, and what you would like to achieve through the club.
