Get Set4Life

Saturday 27th January was the date of our official launch – Get Set 4Life.  Free smoothies and the chance to win a mountain bike worth £200 enticed some of you in! Others of you just wanted to find out more about all the things that 4Life has to offer…

Local organisations and services came along to showcase what’s available to members of 4Life. The Medway Stop Smoking Advice Group, Optimum Fitness, Active Life, Country Park Services and Parentis all had stands at the event showing people ways to live a healthier and happier lifestyle.

First member Karen Richardson (above) said “I’ve been thinking about joining a health club for a long time now to help me become healthier. 4Life has come along at just the right time; it’s free, the team are really helpful and I know it’s going to make me feel better.”
